Context / Client

Il Coordinamento CARE is a non-profit organization active since 2009, supporting and representing 38 family associations in the fields of adoption and foster care. The organization focuses on institutional advocacy, protection of children's rights, and family support.

They needed a clear, accessible, and easily navigable corporate website, suitable for both industry professionals and families seeking information.

Role and responsibilities

  • Complete design and development of the institutional website on WordPress.

  • Responsive layout creation and UX optimization for complex content.

  • Structuring of the information architecture (documents, projects, activities, news).

  • Design setting consistent with Third Sector guidelines.

  • Training and support for the internal team for autonomous content management.

Problem / Challenge

  • The organization needed a modern website that would make technical and institutional information accessible.

  • Much of the content was fragmented and difficult to navigate.

  • The site was intended to be accessible to both the general public and qualified stakeholders (institutions, associations, social workers).

Solution / Process

  • Analysis of institutional content and definition of the new information structure.

  • I develop responsive layouts with clear navigation and distinct sections for different audiences.

  • Creation of custom templates for:

    • institutional documents

    • projects

    • advocacy activities

    • news and events

  • Implementation of a simple, accessible design focused on the needs of the Third Sector.
