The aim of the project was to create a scalable e-commerce site, optimize UX/UI and support the international sales growth.
Role and responsibilities
I followed the project end-to-end, dealing with UX/UI design, development and optimization of e-commerce and digital processes.
Main activities:

Complete creation of the e-commerce site on Shopify

UX Design: Wireframes, User Flow, and Information Architecture

UI design, prototyping and mockups

Management and integration of a product catalog over 5,000 articles

Basic SEO and keyword research with SEMrush

Creation and management of newsletters (900 contacts collected)
