Strategy
I analysed the needs of over 30 member associations, mapping user journeys for families and institutions. The goal was to transform a fragmented information hub into a seamless, accessible digital ecosystem.
Design
I developed a clean, institutional yet welcoming visual system, rebuilding the information architecture from scratch. The new responsive layout ensures legal documents and webinars are organised with maximum clarity and ease of navigation.
Solution
A complete WordPress redesign that streamlined content management for the NGO’s staff. The result is a high-performance portal that strengthened CARE’s digital identity and national presence.
Coordinamento CARE is the primary Italian network representing over 30 associations dedicated to adoption and foster care. In 2022, I led a complete ground-up redesign of their digital presence.
